What About My Court Date?

You can either wait for a notice in the mail to learn your new court date or you can check the status of your case online. Click here for online instructions.

If you scheduled a court date at a suburban court through the “In the Neighborhood” program, call that suburban court. Chances are your date will have to be re-scheduled once the COVID-19 crisis has ended.

Hold on to your paperwork to prove that you had a date scheduled.
