The Cleveland Clerk of Courts office begins a creative, efficient, new way of processing waste collection tickets for the City of Cleveland.

Lawyers throughout Greater Cleveland are invited to a demonstration of the new e-filing system of the Cleveland Municipal Court on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. At 10 am on the 12th floor of the Justice Center, attorneys will learn how to use the latest phase of the e-filing system, which allows civil briefs to be filed through the Court’s website. Until now, paper documents had to be filed at the Clerk’s office.

Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Courts Earle Turner is taking his office to the streets. "It's something I've thought about since I was a councilman" said Turner. "It's really a hassle for a lot of people to come downtown to take care of business, so we're going in their neighborhoods."
