Centennial Gala

The Gala event is a semi-formal, black tie optional celebration on September 15, 2012 at the downtown Doubletree Hotel located at 1111 Lakeside Avenue. The evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with a jazz cocktail reception. Fox 8 News Anchor, Wayne Dawson will serve as the Master of Ceremony for the evening. Ohio Supreme Court Justice, Yvette McGee Brown will deliver the keynote address. Many of the courts’ employees including retired/former employees and judges will be in attendance to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Cleveland Municipal Court's service to the community. After dinner, disc jockey will wind down the evening with music and dancing. The celebration expects many city, state and county officials to be an attendance. Please join us for this historic celebration on September 15th.

The State of the Court is an address presented by the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court. The address will be held at City Hall, City Council Chambers, 12:00-1:30 p.m. Open to the public.
16th Annual Mock Trial – Centennial Edition

The court's popular annual mock trial competition will have a special twist this year. The entire event will be tied to the theme of the court's centennial celebration. The competition pairs students from the Cleveland Municipal School District to compete against each other in mock cases
