(Cleveland) – On Thursday, April 30, 2015, 30 Clevelanders graduated from the Cleveland Municipal Court’s Get on Track Program. Although over 500 high school dropouts have graduated from the program since 2006, the latest class was significantly lower in numbers because of recent changes in the GED test. Judge Emanuella Groves was among the people Channel 5’s Kristin Volk talked to for her story.
