Bridging the Gap: Opiates vs. Crack

With the rise of heroin use, national attention to crack-cocaine is non-existent even though this drug continues to be a major problem.  Click "Drug Court Symposium Draws Crowd to Discuss Crack Addiction in Opiate-Focused Times" for coverage of this event on Cleveland.com.
