With the rise of heroin use, national attention to crack-cocaine is non-existent even though this drug continues to be a major problem. This community symposium will provide discussion on the effect crack-cocaine has on our communities as well as on family life. Resources for assistance will be provided including the services and programs available through the Greater Cleveland Drug Court.
