Coming this spring...a center in the Flats where the impound release process is simplified, and fines can be paid for parking tickets, photo tickets and waste collection tickets. For years, anyone wanting to get a vehicle out of impound had to come to the Justice Center, pay the costs, and then find a way to get down to the flats to pick up the vehicle. This center will eliminate the need to come downtown to the Justice Center. All impound processes will be handled in one place. The center is under construction now.
