Clerk of Courts

The Clerk of Court's office is responsible for maintaining the public record on all court cases filed in Cleveland Municipal Court as well as collecting and distributing fines and fees associated with these cases. The Clerk of Cleveland Municipal Court also has the power to administer oaths, take affidavits, including those for unpaid costs, process subpoenas, and approve all bonds.
