Administrative and Presiding Judge Ronald B. Adrine will address Court staff, the legal community and the general public at the first State of the Court Address in honor of the court celebrating its' centennial year.

The 16th Annual Cleveland Municipal Court Mock Trial Competition, sponsored by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Foundation, took place Friday, April 27th at the Justice Center.

(Cleveland) – The 39th Graduation Ceremony of the Greater Cleveland Drug Court under the direction of Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Anita Laster Mays and Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge David Matia took place Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. in the Cuyahoga County Jury Assembly Room.

(Columbus) – Just before the Ohio House of Representatives began official business today, lawmakers took time to present the Cleveland Municipal Court with a House Resolution honoring the Court’s 100th anniversary.

(Cleveland) -- Judge Pinkey S. Carr began her first day with a total of 26 cases on her Cleveland Municipal Court docket today. The cases were typical, mostly traffic and probation violations.

Cleveland Municipal Court, the second-oldest municipal court in the country, turned 100 years old on January 2nd. It's using the occasion to look back at a century of progressive reforms, and ahead to building on that legacy.

(Cleveland) – The 36th Graduation Ceremony of the Greater Cleveland Drug Court under the direction of Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Anita Laster Mays and Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge David Matia will take place Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. in the Cuyahoga County Jury Assembly Room.

The docket is designed to address the special needs of veterans of the U.S. Armed Services and National Guard, who become involved with the criminal justice system in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.
